Music Streaming: MBP v. iPhone v. iPad

If I'm going through an Apple Tv, is there a quality difference between the various sources? Will streaming from an iPhone sound the same as streaming from iTunes on my MBP?

Yes it should sound exactly the same, provided the files are encoded at the same rate. In other words, if you have not altered the setting in iTunes which can be used to reduce the quality on mobile devices to fit more on the device.
