like around 12:00 i had a 100% battery and now 12:30 its 71% and my screen is the dimmest it can be one bar i just got this computer 4 days ago, i did do the calibration its stayed on till it went to sleep and no response to keypress, plugged it in, the computer went back on, but in sleep mode, but it was charging and then woke up in the morning fully charged, opened the lid, but it was 95% and now 94% i thought it would go back upt to 100% im mad!

should i use my computer on till its like almost drained of juice and turn it off, and try to turn it back on and if not leave it off, and plug it in till green led indicator? thats called calibration of battery correct?

You like run on sentences and comma splices dont you?

    Apple support is your friend:

    To calibrate the battery:

    1. Plug in the MagSafe power adapter and fully charge the MacBook or MacBook Pro battery until the light on the MagSafe connector changes to green and the Battery icon in the menu bar indicates that the battery is fully charged.
    2. Allow the battery to rest in the fully charged state for two hours or longer. You may use your computer during this time as long as the power adapter is plugged in.
    3. Disconnect the power adapter with the computer on and start using it with battery power. When the battery's charge gets low, you’ll see the low battery warning dialog on the screen.
    4. Continue to keep your computer turned on until it goes to sleep. Save your work and close all applications when the battery's charge gets low and before the computer goes to sleep.
    5. Turn off the computer or allow it to sleep for five hours or longer.
    6. Reconnect the power adapter and leave it connected until the battery is fully charged. You may use your computer during this time.

Here's how I do it: Use your computer from a fully charged state. Unplug the charger, and if you want to drain the battery faster, watch movies or play flash games, turn the brightness to full, etc.

When it is about to sleep due to lack of power, close everything and save your data.

Then when it is forced to sleep..leave it alone and close the lid. Dont keep pressing buttons or touching your mouse as you will wake the computer back up.
If you keep waking the computer up while it is unplugged and the battery is drained, you can damage the battery. so dont do it!

Leave it in sleep mode (front led light pulsating) for 5 hours (you go to bed). If you find the LED off in the morning, no biggie.

wake up in the morning and plug it back in. Charge till Green. That's it.

The 95% - 99% difference you are complaining about is normal according to Apple. It's the way the charging works that makes it unnecessary to charge it completely (this is the short version).

My macbook is 99% charged now and doesn't charge anymore. It's no biggie.

Have you got a C2D MacBook if you have you don't have to calibrate.
