My emojis have disappeared

I went to settings/general/keyboard, and it's there. I deleted it, added it back. Still can't use emojis. I rebooted phone, still can't use. I upgraded to ios 10.02, still can't use.

When I press down hard on the little globe on the keyboard, it comes up as an option, but when I press the emoji option, the globe disappears for a split second and then automatically reverts back to my standard qwerty keyboard.

Two days ago I could use emojis, but now for some reason, I can't.

Anyone else got this problem?

Hmm... very odd. I've never heard of something like this. It's probably a glitch with the firmware, the next update may fix it, but I don't know. Probably a good idea to file a bug report.
