my mac arrive today and it's massive! For some reason it seems bigger than when I looked at in the store!

Only thing that concerns me was that this thing was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd and Apple didn't give me an exact date. It was lucky I was at home tending my fiancee after having her wisdom teeth out!

Nonetheless I'm pleased the wait is over and am over the moon about my first mac :D

Abandoned your fiancee for a computer. At least she found out before the wedding. Best wishes.

"You smell that? Do you smell that? Styrofoam, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of fresh packaging in the morning. Smells like… victory!" ;)

Over here we call it Polystyrene.

It is not just Polystyrene smell though there is definitely a distinct "new mac" smell. Love it, sometimes i open my box just to smell it, reminds me of the excitement of getting a new mac.:D

You are gonna love that computer, I'll tell you that.

I also agree the computers seem smaller in the Apple store. I have owned my iMac 20 for several months and when I went to the Apple store I was like, Man my computer is tiny! If that is the case for my 20, then the 24 must seem massive!

Welcome home to the world of Macs.

I love my iMac 20 as well.

I also love that when Vista was announced that I did not care one bit at all.
