Powerbook G4, Mac Mini intel, 13" Macbook Pro, iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPod (30 gig black one), iPod Nano (the old school silver one), Time Machine, and finally Apple TV.... It's safe to say I have my fair share of Apple products... but man oh man does the Apple TV frustrate me. I am one of those guys that has taken many long hours to rip and encode all my dvd collection to mp4 format so I can have my media with me where ever I go. The convenience of putting all my physical media away in storage has been wonderful.... But good grief my Apple TV just can't seem to work correctly. I've read the forums all over the web and I seem to be suffering from the "reboot completely randomly" syndrome. This started for me for no real reason about a month ago. It wasn't after an update or anything... just out of the blue. Very very frustrating. Now I'm hoping a software update will fix this problem and it's not a hardware issue. It makes me ill thinking about spending $300 on something only to have it stop working a year later. Anyway... I just needed to rant. I'm loyal user to Apple products but this "hobby" needs to be worked on. Apple TV could do the living room what the iPod did to music or the iPhone did for phones... seriously Apple... get on this project!!!!!!!!! Thanks for listening guys.
