Well so far I have been a member for 3 months and 8 days.
And this site has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
I already have a total of 515 post,
I'll admit it, I'm a MacRumors addict.

I always know about products right when they come out thanks to MR.
I love the massive amount of leaks.
The majority of people here are very nice.
I have learned that it's 'iPod touch' not 'iTouch.'
I have met a few people on here and now talk to them on a daily basis.

A couple things I did notice...
This higher your title the more you will be respected.
You may not think this is true but I believe it is.
Most of the time when a stupid or unintelligent statement is made, it's usually from a noob or a person who barely a member.
Now, I try my best on here to respect people as much as possible.
Don't let this statement make you think I post just to get a higher title.

Another thing...
The "time-outs."
I once called someone retarded on a thread and got a time out.
But they had called me even worse things in the same exact thread.

Anyways.. Comments?
DISCUSS. ^_^

No, we just know when to keep quiet.

Noobs hardly have a monopoly on stupid or unintelligent statements. User title has no bearing on this.

i'll agree that MR is a great place, otherwise i wouldn't be here four (almost five) years later.

however, the ranking system proves nothing to anyone unless you are trying to find truth in that. post count matters very, very little.
and everyone, regardless or rank says stupid things. its life.

as per the "Time-Out" comment. that is a personal issue and similar things have been discussed to death around here, no reason to keep harping about it.

Do you know indeed that they weren't spoken too?Since you admitted to the infraction, of insulting someone, it would be hoped you learned from it, and not repeat the matter.

To me, the ranks here, are just a nice diversion, and they are apple related. If someone raises there rank to the tune of 10 or more posts a day, they would be looked at as spammers of sorts, unless they are participating in the discussions, beyond just agreeing. Who ever thought the ranks up, thanks. :D
