    Hey guys.
Ok, this is will probably sound "n00bish" to all you gaming maniacs, but I have used a portable gaming system in quite so time so, I'm not up on all this. Is the Wi-Fi that you can use to go on the internet with the DS to connect to say another person's Animal Crossing town or battle in Mario Kart a kind of paid or subscription service or does it just come automatically with the system for free?

Thanks and sorry if this is a redundant question.
    -Caitlyn :)

It's free. If you don't have your own wireless router or whatever, you're going to have to buy that (an AirPort Express works great) if you can't find a hot spot, but to answer your main question, the service is free.

    Daniel.
