Don't get me wrong. I love ramen. But my all-time favorite has to be udon. There's something about it - it always tastes good for some reason. Soba is really good too.

And orzo is a long time favorite. "It's rice! No, it's pasta! No, it's...."

    Re: noodles

There's no reason to bother with ramen without the various packets. The nutrional value of the noodles alone is worse than the added fat and sodium in the packets combined with the noodles, especially if you're eating a package with dried fish and vegetables.

By the way, how much fat does Ricotta, Romano, Mozarella, or Provolone have? Each usually has quite a lot considering that they're usually made with whole milk.

I would say that Linguini with clam sauce is safe but it's only safer.

    raos noodles

Raos noodles have 0% salt and 2% fat.
add olive oil, basil, garlic, and fresh tomatos, top with some parmo cheese,
    and glase of wine
    healthy and yummy

My theory on this is that it is more unhealthy to stress over the foods you eat then to just eat them.

Not that I am saying y'all are stressing over them, but I think what you eat is just a (small) portion of your overall health and well being.

quite aware. My mom is a health specialist.... kinda.... I like to think of her as a modern day environmentalist hippy. She makes sure to remind me of this whenever I eat unhealthy food.

Once again, eating right is not the most important thing to health and weight control. Although it CAN be important.
