iPod nano shuffle function

i did a quick search and could not find my answer. hope this isn't too stupid. was a previous shuffle owner, and reshufflilng was so easy -- just hit play 3x quickly.

how do i accomplish this on the 2g nano? tried doing the same as with my shuffle, and it doesn't work.

this may seem trivial, but is actually fairly important to me. shuffle isn't really shuffle if it's a permently unchangeable lineup.

shuffle is an option in the root menu consisting of "music, photos, extras, settings, shuffle, ...." simply click "menu" on your nano until "shuffle" appears on the screen. then click "shuffle."
