Any NASCAR fans on board? I like it quite a bit, and for not so long ago, I could watch it over here (The Netherlands) on Eurosport (as the name suggest, an European sports channel). Those where only 1 hour compilations though. And appearantly, they don't show those anymore.

Since last week, I've got a subscription to digital TV (yeah, I can watch Cartoon Network :) (ooh, and porn) which has a few extra sports channels. But alas, no NASCAR Nextel. Motors TV does show the Busch series. And NASN (North American Sports Channel) does show NASCAR Nextel... but only in the UK  Their website states that for certain sporting events (does not specifically mention NASCAR) the broadcasting rights in the UK are different than in Europe.

Does anybody have a clue why we continentals NOT get to watch NASCAR (besides the obvious lack of interest in Europe)??

Isn't any big sporting event nowadays? ;)

Allthough, A1GP (yeah, still huge price money involved) seems to be really basic... all about racing and overtaking. I love that. Great concept :)
