In the settings of your phone/touch you can now see how many provisioning profiles are installed on your phone, what they are, and you can delete them from your phone as well. Nifty little feature...

I don't think that's new. I was able to do that in 2.0. It was in the same place, Settings>General>Profile.

Or are you saying there are aspects of that feature that are new, like deleting or details or ...?

Or am I just mis-remembering something?

Yeah, it's not new. I was just informed of this elsewhere as well. I guess I just never went into that setting :)
