I personally don't think I can take much more of this. The whole Ferrari thing I getting out of hand. And everything they put out just looks bad. Except for the cars, of course. Just stick with the cars, okay!

the similarity is uncanny... no really  :p

Yep... it's just like being at a real GP.

Ferrari really need to tighten their brand exclusivity and sophistication, abit like how Porsche and Audi do, because there's way too much tat bearing the legendary Prancing Horse.

That said, the 2004 Ferrari Olympus :p is looking alittle more considered and resolved than the 2003 model...

But don't they realize that just using a chromed Prancing Horse, like the back of the actual cars would be far more aesthetically sophisticated.

Ooooh.... remembers the Ferrari/Acer laptop... :p :p

Looks like Ferrari is becoming the next Harley Davidson.

    From Gizmodo.com:

"...the camera will also play the sound of a Ferrari engine when the camera powers up. And really, what says class more than a camera that makes vroom vroom noises?"

Uh, maybe a camera that DOESN'T make vroom vroom noises?

Hey, I'm a "right angles" man myself (the classic B&O machines, my TiPowerBook, my trusty "brick" Volvo 850 Turbo) so I rather like the design. I'm so sick to death of the "oval roundy look" mentality in industrial design that, to me, was just fine for Ford Taurus, once-upon-a-time-long ago. The current vogue has even "infected" the latest CD/DVD/FM radio combo player in the B&O lineup (looks exactly like a bathroom scale in a ladies' powder room) I've always lusted after the DeLorean, so I'm a fan of flat and sharp - But this camera? Well...not for 700 bucks, thank you.

I like this camera actually. But I already have a nice $300 Kodak that's 4MP

Well we have Ferrari PC laptops downunder...now cameras...
Same revving sounds as the laptop does when it starts up... ;) What a selling point
