i was wondering if this new 'inertial' trackpad gesture available on the new line of MBPros might be possible to score on a MBAir rev B/C...

this is a feature which would be great to have, IMO..

anyone know if this new 'inertial' gesture is software or hardware-based?

    thx in advance..

Once the new models are out there I am sure someone will post the trackpad drivers so we can try them.

It's completely software. It's not like my mouse where there's a physical ball that keeps scrolling when you flick it.

    Yeahhh..

Just wondering if this might be something hardware-related ( ie how 4 finger swipe on trackpads was only possible on a handful of portables before it was included in a 10.5 update)..

It very well might be. We won't know until someone tries.

I'd love to get the drivers too, I really like it on my Magic Mouse.
