Okay, because of parental approval and funding, I am doing the following tomorrow:

Trading in my old iMac G4/800 15" Superdrive 60GB 768MB

    Getting a Powerbook G4/1.5 12" Combo 60GB 768MB
Getting an Airport Extreme Base Station

Oh my gawd I'm FINALLY getting a Powerbook. I've been waiting like six years for this.

I just ordered one on Thursday. Still not here. I can't wait. I'm sure we'll both be happy.

As long as this isn't the kid who claimed to have a BMW...then a Porsche....then a whatever. I think I hate that guy most cause he made me feel like I could afford a Porsche.

Anyways, hope you put it to good use. As long as you properly appreciate the hardware, you deserve it.

Uh... I don't have a Porsche. I can't even drive for two weeks... I'm turning 16... and even then I'll have a seven year old Subaru...

I got it yesterday. It's actually fine - the 12" screen - I was surprised at how fast I got used to it.

The thing is utterly fabulous. The battery seems to last a good 3 hours or so.
