    Well done!

Simple and to the point. A nice change of pace compared to most site logos out there that are trying to be surrealistic/abstract works of art.

    very nice! ;)

I'm sure u already are aware, but I'd be willing to bet there are a bunch of us here who would be willing to contribute artwork for the site....

Very nice. An apple logo you can't get sued for. It has a good clean look to it.

    ummm...no

this place isnt a back stage pass to the future,
its like a back stage pass to some peoples imagination.

and the apple looks like something out of 1985's hypercard clip art.

Yeah - the "question mark" is key...

For those who didn't notice it... look again.

its way too big - can you squeeze some space out of the top of the page? ie... banner next to the logo to the right or something? huge white space at the top before you really get to anything.

the logo could be 1/2 the size of that i think. just my $0.03.

I agree, I think it could easily be scaled down to 3/4 and still be every bit as effective, if not moreso.

It's definitely reminiscent of Apple's "Picasso" era art... iLike. :)

...and you do what for a living?! I'm surprised at you...tsk tsk. :p

The question mark makes it work. I like the rough brush stroke...gives a sense of clandestiness and flair. I'm still trying to swallow the sub-heading, though. I might have appreciated it more if I hadn't been slapped in the face by Apple's (now infamous) use of it for their Macworld Countdown series.

I know how you can save it for me.

Rotate the sub-heading. Perhaps weekly. With content from a contest among your readers.

    (can of worms now open):p

Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the future!

    Much better!

The new logo is much better! You know you've got a bunch of designers looking over this site, don't you? I've been waiting for the design to change since I started coming here... (uh, which hasn't been that long)
