An interesting follow-up on the Apple lawsuit against ThinkSecret.com.

Apologies if this is already posted. Did a scan of the MacRumors homepage and didn't see it.]

I think this has been pretty general knowledge for a while.

The terrifying thing is that the guy is only 19 now and started TS when he was 13. Eeeek.

Similar article, but this time a major newspaper instead of the Harvard rag. ;)

More people to publically flog him and Apple.

Could this end up costing Nicholas M. Ciarelli the Think Secret website? Did Nicolas create the Think Secret rumor site and the forum site also? He smart enough to get into Harvard, so why do things that are of questionable legality. Beside the internet Harvard could also come down on him.

He hasn't done anything criminal. If anything Harvard will love him all the more. The kid is obviously a prodigy. How the hell do you get hold of and start publishing Apple rumours at the age of 13.
