Nintendo DS & Apple Airport????

    Does anyone know if Nintendo DS wireless capability works with Airport?

    We'll know once some online capable games show up. I suspect you will be fine though.

    Yes it will work. The DS will work w/ any 802.11b/g connection. I was curious how it would know how to connect to my open network, my friend's WEP configured network, etc etc, and I read an interview that said the DS will store "profiles" so once you set things up once, when it detects the ID of the wireless network, it will automatically configure it.

    Yep, what he said. The DS has 802.11b. Airport is 802.11b. Airport Extreme is 802.11g, which is backwards compatible with 802.11b.

    It'll work.

    in theory it should work with any 802.11b or g wireless network/hotspot.

    Yes it will, making the Airport Express even more the most awesome thing ever. Music, Mario Kart, Revolution when it comes out, portability.... :cool:
