Hello eveyone,
This is my first post in this very helpful forum.
I describe my problem with the hope that can be solved and useful for somebody else.

I have a liquid damaged logic board(SCHEM,MLB,J30) which is dead! no green light no fan. The problem is around U7000 but I don't know what to do next.

R7010 input 16.8V output 0.15V with a Resistance of 20KOhm
R7011 measures 0.15V with a resistance of 0.05KOhm (theoretically it has to be 9.3KOhm).

What I noticed is that when R7011 is off the board gives me the right value of resistance (9 KOhm), whereas if it's soldered the Ohm values drastically decreases to 0.05. It might be due to a short? what do you think about this situation?

I attached a picture to make the discussion more clear

Thank you
