Hey my app is finished and I need to be able to build it in distribution, but when I click the drop down menu to build it in distribution, there is no option for it only a debug and release option. Please help here is a screen shot of it for you to understand my problem better

After you've finished testing your Release build, you need to make an identical copy of this build setting for your Distribution build and change just the code signing line. That's how you make sure that what you've tested is built exactly the same as what you submit to Apple, except for the code signing certificate used (developer vs. distribution).

Make sure you follow the steps for "Building your Application with Xcode for Distribution" in the Distribution section of the Program Portal.
