When I alter either the volume or haptic touch on the watch application on my phone, I no longer hear a sound or feel a tap. Also if I ping my phone from the watch, there is no sound. Similarly if I play a song on the watch, there is no sound.
I have checked that the watch is not set to mute and also have restarted both devices - nothing.
Any ideas?
 
Hold both, the crown and the button until the Apple appears on the screen aka soft reset. This should fix it. Also check the volume (not the mute setting) on the watch.

Thank you. It just started working of its own accord out of the blue but I will remember the soft reset in case it does it again!
