Not a joke. I'm getting a free game! Hmm... I think I'll take Tron 2.0

I wrote this email to Macplay:

Why are there no warnings on your order page or on the box about
NOLF2's incompatibility with Panther? It's ridiculous that you haven't
created a patch yet, and even more ridiculous that you refuse to answer emails or warn anyone of the problem before purchase. You guys need to
realize that this has lawsuit written all over it. People are being
mislead. 10.2 or HIGHER should mean it will work with 10.3... shouldn't it?
I bought this game at the start of this year and still can't play it.
At 50 bucks a pop this just plain consumer fraud.

    And MAcplay responds with:

We apologize for any inconvenience with not returning any e-mails that
you have sent us. We take every e-mail seriously and pride ourselves on
returning all e-mails sent to us in a timely manner.

We are still working with the developers on a patch for NOLF 2. Apple is
also involved as this issue is deeply rooted in the game source code.
QuickTime is a major part of the game as it allows the files to load,
moving the game from level to level, scene to scene etc... We are doing
all we can to expedite this major fix and are hoping for a resolution in
the near future. Progress is being made and we will update our website
with info as we get it.

We will be happy to send you a different game while you wait. Just
e-mail or fax us the name of the title you wish to receive, along with a
copy of your receipt or Mac Play order number. We will then send out the
    replacement ASAP.

    Fax#: 214-855-5980 Attn: Warranty Dept.

Thank you again for your patience and support.

    Yeah I'll take Tron 2.0

The new version of Quicktime released on Wednesday fixes the problem I've read. I haven't tried it out myself.
