Deepest Regions of Hell
Hello,

I am trying to set up a little home network at my house using the built in airport and the wireless internet. I get it all set up but them my roomate goes to connect and it finds it, tries, connects, then 1 sec later disconnects.

We basically need the network set up so that we can send files back and forth to each others computers, we run a editing shop in our home and this would help solve the problem of moving HD from room to room.

Thanks for your time and help in advance!

What system is he running? You?

Do you have a BaseStation or Access Point for your Wireless Network?

Have you though about using a NAS (Network Addressed Storage)? It would be accessable from both machines, without requiring either to be on to get access to data.
