I bought an iPhone off Gumtree and I recived it today. It has IOS 7 on it and it says that it is activated to an email address, it is most likely stolen! Is there anyway to fix this? WHAT SHOULD I DO??? I paid heaps of money for it. The seller doesn't reply!!

It's not necessarily stolen. With the new safeguards in place, they probably forgot to properly log out of the find my iPhone app and wipe it. Upon reboot it will ask for their credentials.

Try sending an email to the address it's activated on. And avoid using gumtree when buying electronics.
