Notification Center: Variable Snooze Time? Bottom Corner?

Mavericks so far sounds great, but there are still two improvements I am looking for, since Notification Center in Mountain Lion was a bit of a disappointment.

    1) Can I set variable snooze times for Calendar notifications now? It drives me crazy having only a 15 minute delay for these, and makes the feature almost unusable. Since they're now giving Calendar alerts for things like driving time to a particular destination, it's hard for me to believe they would overlook something like this.

    2) Can I set the Notifications to appear in the bottom corner like I can in Growl? Like if I want to leave a notification on my computer as a reminder, it is much easier to have this in the bottom corner, where it wouldn't interfere with my Safari browsing.

I've been screaming out for these two features since Mountain Lion released too.

Does anybody know if either of these have been implemented within Mavericks?

I know for sure #2 hasn't been implemented. I'm also fairly certain #1 hasn't been addressed either but don't quote me on that one.
