A pretty strong endorsement, but where the **** was the NYT when Bush was doing all this?

I particularily liked the sentence involving "rogue" states learning the best way to avoid a pre-emptive attack was to aquire Nuclear weapons...

Although not really covered (except in the last paragraph), I would wonder what would happen if Kerry won the Presidency, but the Congress remained firmly GOP.

Would partisanship, wounded pride and ideology trump cooperation with Kerry for the benefit of the whole?

Put another way, would a GOP Congress put the desire to make Kerry's Presidency ineffectual and efforts to paint the Democrats in as poor light as possible, ahead of the benefit of the country, or it's very safety?

And then blame Kerry for it all come Election '08?

    Yeah, kinda rhetorical...ask Clinton.

Great Endorsement, although I am still waiting for the WSJ's.
