Very nice clean looking desktop Backtothemac. Is that the way XP looks out of the box? I have an affinity to blue.

I like you lilly pads desktop applemacdude. It reminds me of a famous New England painter Wayne Morrell. He does a lot of lilly pond paintings!

Introducing the new 2004 Mazda in 2003. Indeed.

Yet, since the thread is open for viewings... :D

I'm on Jaguar. Max's brushed theme + Apple's smoothened metal look

Here are two I've been using this week. The first is a recent pic of my son Oliver (5 1/2 months old dressed for his Christening), and the second is a background called "Water Apples" by Robert Fixx, which I downloaded here>

don't feel bad. my background requires a minimum of 24-bit color to look any good. now that is a large filesize.

I'm not a billionaire, I just happen to win bets with people and find stuff on the beach(that's how I got the money for my Powermac). More than 4/5 of the apps are Freeware, Shareware, or came with the computer.

Yeah actually I did take that, and thanks!

It was sometime in August coming down Highway 101 a little south of King City. I was looking at that in the rearview until I finally stopped and took the pic. I took about 2 dozen, and that was the only really good one of the bunch.

The moon looks surreal. Is that real or touched up?

Hehe, I was just about to edit the above post, since I bragged about my photo ability... that's actually MoonDock, a freeware app that shows the current phase of the moon etc..

I was hoping no one would notice before I got to put up a disclaimer!:p

I forgot to hide it before I took the screenshot. D'oh!

    What are "nuclear boobies"?

I'm from Missouri if that helps explain my cluelessness!

LOL, there's a nuclear facility in San Onofre right by I-5 and the coast. The facility consists of two half domes with some apparatus at the top. ;)

    mactastic-
I'll have to look for that app. Needless to say it blends in well with landscapes like that.
