Grungy, almost black-and-white footage of what looks like a naked, massively hydrocephalic kid in a wheelchair. Starts out with a shot being administered, then the photography goes epileptic, all while being watched by some chihuahua or something with glowing eyes.
I think even David Cronenberger and David Lynch would find that clip weird.
