Video format compatibility. Android devices can play mkv, avi, 720p/1080p...whatever. iOS still restricts you to mp4/m4v. For those who download (legally), almost all videos are in formats incompatible with iOS so you have to waste time converting them...which for a one hour HD video on your average laptop isn't a negligible amount of time. On Android I just download the file, copy it to my SD card, and I'm good to go. The apps that can play these files on iOS (VLC, AVPlayer HD, etc.) have all been removed from the App Store. How is this not a more common talking point when it comes to Android vs iOS?
