Ordering and Shipping Process for BTO?

I ordered a BTO on Wednesday. It said 3-5 business days, but it gave me a July 1st delivery date.

1. Does it really take that long for them to ship it out? Do they come from China?
2. My credit card today had a pre-authorization for the full amount, does that mean it is ready to ship soon?

1. It's built in China so it takes a few days to get to you once shipped. It takes a few days to build and complete the final testing of the machine so that's the 3-5 day ship estimate.
2. They won't build and ship your machine until they know your payment method is valid.
