OS X Install Disc

    does the OSX disc that came with my 2 week old MBP C2D contain all the applications that were installed as soon as I booted up for the first time for eg. iLife, Safari, Mail, iTunes etc....?

    cool.. so I can do a fresh install and everything will be exactly the same

    Absolutely...it'll be just like a new machine.

    You can even customise the installation and select which apps you want :)

    I'm being nitpicky here, but I know of one difference: It won't ask you to select your language on first boot.
