"Other" taking up so much space!

Hi guys,
I have a 32gb iphone 5s, and am forever running out of storage space.
My photos take up 2gb, apps 3gb, and the "other" section is taking up 23gb!
Does anybody know what could possibly be taking up so much room? I have deleted my messages, wiped my internet browsing cache, calendar, game leaderboards, I have under 50 contacts, is there something i'm missing? Please help

Shouldn't have deleted anything and just done a restore on your phone to clear it.

Even restoring you phone will not get rid of it permanently. It is just how the OS works. BUT, 23 GB for "otehr" is a LOT!
