Outlook 2011 Calendar Issues

    I have an iMac with MS Office 2011, we use Exchange accounts in my company and I am having some trouble with using multiple calendars, when you create a new event you can't choose what calendar it goes to, so you have to create the event, then go to your iPhone and change it to the correct calendar. Is there an easier way of doing this in Outlook 2011? If I could just find a way of changing the calendar it was on via the computer instead of having to use my iPhone that would greatly help the situation.
