Outlook in Mac keeps crashing

MY outlook crashed again while I was on a holiday. Am getting the attached message now. Can someone please help as to what should i do.
Am getting very frustrated now.

I'm going to recommend reinstalling outlook, I'm not sure what library it's using; but it's corrupt.

That, or Apple's Mail program. ;)
