I've searched the forum here but I can't find any recommendations on a good Password keeper app. I'm looking for a simple app to store account numbers, web passwords, software licenese keys, etc.

There are quite a few at versiontracker. info.xhead looks pretty good and offers iPod sync which would be nice. http://www.xheadsoftware.com/info_xhead.asp

I used to use eWallet on the PC and sync down to my Palm. I no longer have the Palm device so something that would sync to iPod or my bluetooth LG phone would be great.

I've been using "Password Plus" for a while. Even though it's touted for use with a Palm, you don't have to have one to use it.

I've never even opened the Keychain app. Can I store non-password type data like bank and credit card account numbers, DL#, SSNs, etc. in there?

Yeah, sorta.. in "Secure Notes" section. If you're using Tiger. I don't remember that option existsing in Panther (and pre-panther) versions.
