Password protect drive connected to Airport Extreme

I have three hard drives connected to an Airport Extreme. One of them I would like to protect that I can only access them on my Macbook Air. The other two can be used by anyone in the house. Is there a way to do this.........

Thanks for this. It is very informing. I'm not sure if it will work for me or not, though. I want to be able to constantly add to this folder, so I don't know what folder size to use. I'll try and see what happens. Thank you!!!

Just make it large enough to account for future expansion needs.
