Looking into RAM upgrades for my sisters Macbook. I found this at newegg. Right off the bat the price tells me one of two things: This is a steal for RAM, or the RAM is thrid rate. Does anybody have any experience with this RAM? The last thing I want is a KP on that Macbook after I tried so hard to get my sister to switch.

Patriot RAM is more 'famous' for its Server Class RAM. That should be perfect ;)

I bought a gig stick for mine, took the risk at £70 rather than the £125 at crucial. Turned up and it was patriot. Installed and not a pronlem I can see.
