I need some quick advice on ram.

I want to upgrade the ram in my blue and white G3 and I plan on getting it at OWC.

They have PC133 SDRAM 256MB for $79.99 USD

and

PC100 SDRAM 256MB for $37.99 USD.

My question is if 256 MB PC133 SDRAM really worth twice as much as the 256MB PC100 SDRAM? Is it that much faster? I plan on getting 2 or 3 sticks and the $37.99 seems to be a great price and fits my buget nicely. The $79.99 one seems a little expensive for me. I just want to be able to run Panther on my G3.

Can someone give me some suggestions?

Thanks.

Since your Mac runs with a 100Mhz bus anyways, you're going to gain exactly zero benefit from using PC133 RAM. The PC133 is rated up to 133Mhz, but it won't run that fast if it's put into a 100Mhz system. Save your money and get the PC100.
