In the PMG5 (1.8 & DP2.0) there are 3 PCI-X slots. One of them runs at 133Mhz and the other two run at 100Mhz.

After reading the documentation (linked from macosxhints.com) from apple i have a pdf picture of the part of the PCI-X documentation that should clear up which port is the 133Mhz one.

maybe audio (uncompressed)
also video. not as in grafics cards but as in pro video cards. Uncompressed video can be rather large. It (PIC-X 133) has a max throughput of 100MB/s. Enough for alot of uncompressed video.

Also think fibre channel (for connecting to the XServe RAID). It needs about 1Gbps - suprise suprise - same as the max for the 133Mhz slot ......
