macOS PDFkit scale to fit

I have a pdfview in my app, for which the user can set the scaling factor (50% up to 200%). This is working fine, but I would also like to include a "scale to fit" option. Either I have gone blind or there is no such method listed in the PDFView class. It surely must be possible somehow? Does anyone know what the trick is?
