We've seen plenty of subject matter here...macros, moons, flora & fauna, night shots, cemetery, etc. But, we haven't really gotten into self portraits yet. Let's see some, shall we? ;)

That shadow shot is the best in my opinion. I like the color and contrast of your shadow in it. :)

That's an interesting use of shadow there Gaz. What's the shape at the right of the frame?

But you see, if I tried, I'd fail - getting up early without taking a shower with my hair, I have to wear a hat, or I look even sillier ;)

So I stand by my first statement :p

so i was trying to get this normal shot of me falling asleep as i was talking to my mom on the phone--granted, i wasn't asleep talking to her, i was playing with my camera, but i thought it'd be funny. so i took a bunch of shots of myself. this one was one of the first--i accidentally left the shutter on like 2 seconds or something, maybe more. looks like something tazo would enjoy.

Please don't take offense shadowfax, but my first thought about your picture comes from experience. Prior to scrolling to the right it looks like someone lying in a casket.
