can i delete .pkg files (like software updates and programs that ive downloaded or ipod updates) if i have already installed them? would me deleting the .pkg file of the address book prevent me from using the address book if its already installed?

Duff-Man says...if you are talking about the files that you see in your /library/receipts folder I think you are best to just let them be - they are *not* the full install packages and are not taking up lots of space - they are just what it says - receipts....oh yeah!
