Hello. All of my 8,000 songs from my previous computer is on my ipod and i want to know a way to sync the songs back on my new mac.

Ive looked around and came across pod to mac. It seems like it costs 20$ for its software.

If theres any better way can you please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

ok?

If you BOUGHT the songs, they are on Itunes, they will always be there, but if they were form your old computer, and you didn't buy them, just dragged them to Itunes, they will be gone. But, if you have the songs SAVED on your laptop, drag them to a SD card or Thumbdrive, and there you go.

Old computer fried. I bought the actual CDS in music stores to actually have hard copied and most of them are lost or missing.
