Just curious how do I go around setting up a podcast. Is it easy to submit to iTunes online? Just me and a few mates are setting one up soon. all professional like in a recording studio.

    any tips or that?

Really, all you have to do is set up an RSS feed for your files. Hit up VersionTracker for the podcast and RSS tools out there and play until you find something you like, if you don't care to build them by hand. The latest GarageBand has some tools built in for that stuff too.

Very easy. It's totally up to Apple if they list it, of course. All you have to do is go to the Podcasts section of the music store, click on the Submit a Podcast link, and enter the feed's URL.

There are some Apple-specific tags you may want to add so that your iTMS listing appears as expected. The specs and an FAQ can also be found under that iTunes submit link.
