    Uh.....

    Where do I begin?

With the fact that the linked article is a month old?

Or the fact that Podcasting existed long before Apple put it in iTunes? (Which was now one month and 8 days ago, by the way, so we're well after the 'one year' anniversary.)

At least having iTunes become a "podcatching" (hate that word) client has raised the profile of podcasts so when I tell people that I do one then they (mostly) know what I'm talking about.

It's a pity that iTunes podcasts charts etc seems to have been overtaken by the big business's but that was always going to happen once it became mainstream.

It's funny when they say that podcasting is a year old because THEY have been doing it for a year :) Even my little show mashup has been running for almost 22 months now and it definatly wasn't one of the first.
