So, I read an interesting article regarding generosity and giving by liberals and conservatives. Well, really it was an article about a study that will be published about charitable giving by liberals and conservatives.

Nonetheless, very interesting - it makes sense, and I guess calls into question who is going to be a better distributor.

    From the article:

That "qualifying information" may be pretty interesting. Off the top of my head and as a left-winger who has probably given no more than a few dollars to charity in my life, how is he counting volunteer time? For example, I spent two years volunteering as an adult literacy tutor. I guess I donated about $50 to that organization (by buying the materials I used), but how were hours of time counted in his study?

Nonetheless, it's always good to put your money where your mouth is. Good for conservatives for doing so.
