I'm in the market for a small keyboard MIDI controller, anyone know of a good one? The only ones I've seen are still fairly bulky. Basically I'm traveling around and setting up a studio w/ a MBP & a duet and don't want to enter MIDI info w/ a mouse, much rather perform it.
Also, can controllers just be plugged into USB now or do they still need a MIDI interface? I'm playing catch-up in gear and haven't dealt w/ MIDI products in quite a few years.
