Let's see what XP looks like on Mac's. Can't find a decent picture any where.
Lol, it just looks so wrong, especially with the default theme. Maybe if it was 'OS X'd up' a bit
Hah. Now thats an idea.
Who can post a intel mac running windows with enough hacks to make it look as close to OS X as possible.
Just the idea makes my head hurt as much as the halo mac > xbox > PC > mac history.... aaaaagh.
Hell is a warm place.
Not a pic... But, a video of my imac. (Sorry iGary!!)
Had to be done.
I weep for those Macs, loses in the Mac OS war
That is just wrong.
I have one! I'll post it once I get it up on outta here.
Haha, are you watching Dora The Explorer or something in the background?
lol@ blue screen of death on the imac.
crying out loud @ the picture
I must say it feels and looks really strange running XP on my iMac. Something unfamiliar about it. I agree with the previous poster who said that the default theme in particular looks the worst, I usually drop the desktop picture in favor of a plain color desktop on all of my XP boxes.
Definitely Dora. I can even tell you what episode, as I'm afraid I know all of them by heart.
ahahaahahah, I have a 2 and 3 year old, what can I say?@?@
I totally threw up.
It's a good thing you're cute.
you have kids? I can hear "Dora the Explorer" in the background.
my daughter loves that show.
somebody beat me to it.......oh well.
I thought I was the only guy stuck watching that show! I am glad to hear that I am not alone...
Here's it running in a Parallels VM.
Note the ballon text that pops up every 2-3 minutes. This is one of the biggest annoyances about Windows - I f*ing know I don't have a virus checker installed.
Edit: By the way "Fixit machine" is one of my 3yr old's favorites.
It makes my skin crawl as soon as i hear the stupid startup sound - do do do doooooo
then all the *plinks* with the "your system is now ****" bubbles
I only use it for checking sites in windows... meh.
I have a few Windows XP boxes laying around the house for business purposes. I see that screen on almost a daily basis! Windows Rules... NOT!!!!!!
I have a 2.8 Pentium D with 2.5gb of memory and a 7200rpm HD, and your iMac is faster in Windows mode then the real thing I have sitting in the office. Go figure?
