    if you're going to start a thread like this, you should share your's first too. and require links be added so others can find 'em easily enough.

    my mac doesnt have wireless, i've been on my dell. i wanted to hook up my clamshell so i could try out some new icons (i just found out you can change them), but i'm on crutches right now with a broke ankle, so i couldn't hook it up to ethernet. i dont have any custom icons yet:(

    My two favorites are:
    AlBook icons by Laurent Baumann here
    iSystem icons by David Lanham here

    They are the ones I've found with the most complete sets, including Applications.

    If you're going to change your icons a lot (like I do) you might want to invest in Candybar. It's a nice app for not much money. Link

    1. Click on the icon you want to use
    2. Press Command-C (copy)
    3. Click the icon you want to change
    4. Press Command-I (or right-click > Get Info)
    5. Click on the icon in the top left of the Get Info window
    6. Then press Command-V (Paste)
    Sorted.
