powerbook cover problem

    whenever i close the cover, it goes to sleep mode. I wanna know if i can set it not to going to sleep?

    You can't unless you have an external monitor and the keyboard/mouse attached.

    Ah damn, I used to have an app that allowed a PowerBook to stay on when shut (even without an external monitor connected). Can't remember what it's called...

    I wouldn't recommend it though as PowerBooks can get pretty warm when in use, and having the screen that close to the heat wont do it any good.

    The program is called "NoSleep", according to the reviews...it no longer works with 10.4, it did work beautifully in 10.3 though, anyways...

    That's it! The developer was working on a new version, 'Sleepless'. I guess it was never completed though.

    Oh yea...totally forgot about Sleepless. Its the other program that was made, I dont think it's by the same author.
