PowerBook G4 Disk Images on Desktop will not eject.

Hi, i am running 10.5 (yes i got mac os x back on my computer, soon to be running 10.5.8), and the pesky disk images will not eject-as the title says. Any help would be appreciated.

Are they telling you that they can't eject because something is using them? If so, quit any apps that might realistically be using the stuff on them, then try again. If they still won't unmount, then quit everything and try again. Still won't? Reboot, and that'll get rid of the buggers.

Reboot, make sure only the Finder is open, then try eject them. Good luck!
